From cosy park cafés to ornate historic rooms, our venues offer distinctive settings for celebrations of every size.
Brockwell Hall & The Glassmaker’s Café
An elegant Grade II* listed house in the heart of Brockwell Park, with a choice of historic rooms suitable for intimate dinners, drinks receptions and larger celebrations.
Capacity: from 15 to 200 guests, depending on the room and event format
Venue hire is arranged directly with Brockwell Hall, with Roots & Berries providing your food and event catering.
The Rookery Café
A cosy wooden café surrounded by the beautiful Rookery Gardens. Its intimate atmosphere makes it particularly suited to smaller Christmas parties and private dinners.
Capacity: up to 30 guests seated or 60 standing
Ideal for team dinners, family celebrations and private Christmas parties.
Strawberry Hill House & The Garden Café
Celebrate in one of South West London’s most extraordinary historic settings. Strawberry Hill House offers a selection of beautiful rooms, including the magnificent Great Gallery.
Capacity: up to 40 guests seated or 80 standing
Venue hire is arranged directly with Strawberry Hill House, with Roots & Berries providing your catering.
We can also host events at selected additional Roots & Berries cafés and partner venues. Please note that alcohol-licensing arrangements vary by location.

Complete our enquiry form with your preferred date, location, guest numbers and the type of celebration you have in mind.
2. We build your perfect package
We recommend the right venue, menu, and format. We can book your café space and catering all in one go. We can also introduce trusted local suppliers for flowers, decorations and other finishing touches.
3. Partner venue bookings
For events at Brockwell Hall, Pitzhanger Manor or Strawberry Hill House, venue hire is arranged directly with the venue. We work alongside their team to take care of your catering.
4. Confirm and celebrate
We'll take care of everything so it's ready for the big event You relax and celebrate.
